To help you as a gestational surrogate, we focus on your well-being before, during, and after the pregnancy and offer support to you and the parents through the entire process. Because we believe it takes extraordinary courage and sacrifice for a woman to become a Surrogate , we will work together so that you can cherish this experience as one of the best times of your life.
You must have many questions about the process. Most of our staff have been surrogates in the past or are currently in the process, so we fully understand the joy and difficulties that you may face along this unique and personal journey. Time will be taken to ensure that you are informed thoroughly of the entire procedure from pairing with the new parents to IVF, delivery, and post-partum care.

What are the Requirements to Become a Surrogate Carrier?

Finding the Right Match

Being a Surrogate means different things to different women. You may wish to establish a close and lasting relationship with the parents and the child, or you may just be happy to see a baby coming to the world.

During our matching process, we allow you to select the parents you would like to work with and set your expectations. Contracts are signed only after both sides agree on the specific conditions for the relationship.

Surrogate Carrier Compensation

As a Babytree Surrogate, you are eligible to receive a base compensation of $35,000 to $60,000 depending on your location, experience, and how many embryos you are willing to carry. Other out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed or covered and include, but not limited to, all needed travels, childcare expenses, medical insurance, required medications and other bonus.

What About No Termination Clauses?

We understand and respect your desire to stand by your belief. Some of our surrogates will not have an abortion under any circumstances. We are happy to pair you with parents that share your belief and will be supportive in the most difficult times. Please be aware that the majority of parents seeking a surrogate wish to make this kind of decision regarding their child on their own, so matching no-termination parents can take more time, over 180 days in some instances.

The Gestational Surrogacy

A Gestational surrogate will carry a baby that is not biologically related to her. The embryo may be a result of successful IVF using the sperm and eggs from the potential parents or donors. At Babytree Surrogacy, you have the choice to decide which kind of services you are willing to offer to the parents.
